These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between PeePloYee ("Platform"), operated by [Company Name, MERSIS Number, Registered Address], and any individual or legal entity using the Platform ("User"), including job seekers ("Candidates") and employers ("Employers").
This Agreement governs the terms under which Users access and use the Platform, publish job postings, apply for jobs, and share professional information.
PeePloYee is a digital intermediary platform that connects Employers and Candidates. The Platform is not a party to any employment contract and is not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes. The Platform provides matching and communication services only.
By registering, Users agree that all provided information is accurate and up to date, they are at least 18 years old, and they are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of this Agreement.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. They must comply with applicable labor laws and properly classify workers.
Candidates must ensure that all submitted information is accurate. The Platform does not guarantee employment or responses from Employers.
The Platform may offer both free and paid services. Premium features may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated. Applicable taxes may apply.
All rights related to the Platform, including software, design, and branding, are owned by PeePloYee. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform.
The Platform processes personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698).

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, and to modify or discontinue services at any time.
The Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment providers or AI tools. PeePloYee is not responsible for their policies or actions.
PeePloYee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
By using the Platform, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
